[torqueusers] How to set max jobs for a certain user?

Hongyi,

I second Gus' recommendation for using Maui, but this possibility does
exist in TORQUE. You can set max_user_queuable for a queue or for a server
limit.

qmgr -c 'set queue batch max_user_queuable=50'
qmgr -c 'set server max_user_queuable=100'
