Hi Hongyi

I am not sure this can be done with pbs_sched, which is a simple FIFO
scheduler.

However, if you switch to the Maui scheduler,
you could try adding a line like this
to the maui.cfg file, and restarting maui:

USERCFG[user_name] MAXJOB=4
