[torqueusers] Recommended versions for Torque and Moab?

I would agree with that as well - 4.2.6.1 has been the most stable 
version for us in recent history.  There is a slow memory leak which is 
to be addressed in 4.2.7 (I believe), but otherwise has worked well for 
us.
