[torqueusers] How to spool stdout/stderr directly to PBS_O_WORKDIR instead of to /var/spool/torque/spool ?

If you do turn on $spool_as_final_name for a networked file system, the key
is to set it up so that writes are buffered larger than usual so as to not
overwhelm the file system.
