[torqueusers] mom_hierarchy

Eva,

It is possible that the log message you get is a red herring. I think it
can be ignored. However, it is expecting a node name in the hierarchy file
and not an ip address. Perhaps this is the source of the confusion. More
documentation can be found about the mom hierarchy file here:
