[torqueusers] TORQUE 4.2.0 on GitHub but not ready for GA

Hi all,

Those of you who are familiar with TORQUE on GitHub may have noticed a
4.2.0 branch was added this evening. This is not yet ready for release. We
still need to do some testing and bug fixes. You are welcome to try it in
test environments and let us know of any problems you find. But please do
not deploy this into production.
