[torqueusers] trqauthd issue after 4.2.3.1 -> 4.2.4.1 upgrade

Other customers have reported the same issue, and I have a fix for it that
I'll check in shortly. I would guess it is the same issue that you are
experiencing, but I am guessing without a backtrace.
