[torqueusers] Fwd: reservation diagnosesis

Do you have 8 core nodes?  Then it is probably doing the right thing.
My reservations (in Moab, but still the same) are listed as tasks
where a task takes the whole node.

If you sent us the output of the commands you are running that  also
would help figure out what is going on.
