[torqueusers] NHC 1.2 beta

If you're using Warewulf NHC, you might be interested to know that I
just released the first beta for version 1.2.  There are several new
features, including:

 - nVidia HealthMon support
 - Detached mode
 - Variables in config files
 - More checks (including disk space checks)
 - More customization of command paths, etc.
 - Complete unit test suite

The tarball is available at
