[torqueusers] Torque-4.0 bug? conflicting types for get_svrport

Joseph,

Sorry, I'm unable to reproduce your problem with the information that you
provided. I was able to change properties on an existing node, add a new
node, and then change the properties on that node (as well as np) all
without crashing.
