[torqueusers] Changing --with-debug to the default

If all this does is compile with -g, it sounds like a good idea.
I am building Torque with this now (350 nodes now, will be 2500
by EOY), and if I see any issues I will report it.

My concern is performance.  Is there any reason this would slow
the server down?
