[torqueusers] How to run mpirun of intel on torque

Hi, 

I hope its okay if I chime in. Did you try that with Intel MPI 4.x as well? I had no luck with mpiexec 0.84 and IMPI 4.0.3 using mpich2-pmi. Or maybe I'm missing something (didn't have much time to test).
