[torqueusers] torque upgrade

I have a record that there was once a page at: http://www.clusterresources.com/torquedocs21/?id=torque:1.1_installation which included useful upgrade information.   I think the information was more complete than: http://www.adaptivecomputing.com/resources/docs/torque/a.eupgrade.php

Is anybody able to check?

In particular I was wondering for a rolling upgrade, is it best to restart the pbs_server first or last or whenever?
