Try 689903-1 rather than 689903[1], as the former is how the job is
actually named from TORQUE's PoV.

BTW, qpeek predates TORQUE's support for job arrays, so it really
doesn't know anything about them.  If you come up with a patch to make
this work, please send it to me.
