[torqueusers] prologue.parallel?

I'm running Torque 3.0.2
I'm trying to use a prologue.parallel, but it doesn't
seem to ever get invoked.  Tried looking in Torque src,
but I don't see where it gets started.  Where is the code
that starts it?
