Fair enough. I was using the samples provided in the documentation.
I think those should be updated then. I will try things out with the
samples in the source.

I believe the scripts in torque/contrib/blcr both work. You may need to
change the PATH depending upon your installation. These scripts also
document what parameters should be passed in and what the order is.
