[torqueusers] pbsdsh Error

I am trying to run a job using pbsdsh . I am using    "torque-2.5.2"   with
"maui-3.3" .

Here is my PBS script.

***************************************************************
#!/bin/sh
#PBS -l nodes=1:ppn=1
#PBS -l walltime=00:18:02
#PBS -l mem=512mb
#PBS -j oe
#PBS -r n
#PBS -m n

pbsdsh -u /bin/hostname

**************************************************

I get the following error in the output file.

pbsdsh: tm_init failed, rc = TM_ESYSTEM (17000)



I am able to submit job without pbsdsh but not with pbsdsh.

I serached on net but couldnt get anything.

Any Ideas.
