[torqueusers] qstat question

Hello Gary,

This isn't normal behavior. What might be going on is your server is 
configured to only show a user their jobs when running a qstat, whereas 
pbsnodes doesn't in fact honor this configuration.

Are you running qstat as a user or as root?
