[torqueusers] strange behaivour on qmgr

Hi all,

on preivous torque version (2.3) qmgr worked really fine accepting any
kind of copy&paste, arrow up/down for historic commands, etc...

Now, with 2.4.9 this behaviours does not happen, and it frequently
exits when copy/pasting hotanme, properties, whatever...

# qmgr
Max open servers: 4
Qmgr: s n td022.pic.es properties=XXXXX
# qmgr

up/down arrows:

# qmgr 
Max open servers: 4
Qmgr: ^[[A



anyone noticed this behaviour in this version? any idea on how to
solved it? (does it depend on env vars?) I compiled it by myself, any
missing compilation flag?
