[torqueusers] qdel jobs are not cleanup

Hi,

Sometime it is happening that a job is deleted(qdel) from submission host by
user are not shown by qstat/showq.
But job is still running on the client node.

And these jobs were keep writing and filling up /var space.
Could you please suggest any parameter to configure which could help to
cleanup such job on nodes.
