[torqueusers] How to set max resources limit for each single user?

Hi list,
       I'm tying to set the resources limit  for each single user (e.g., the number of CPUs), but it seem there is no attribute like max_user_res.cpus in torque like PBSpro. Thus command like "set server max_user_res.ncpus = 40" cannot work. Any suggestions? Thank you!
