[torqueusers] set max_user_res.cpus of server

Hi list,
       I'm tying to set the resources limit of the server for each single user (e.g., the number of cpus), but it seem there is no attribute like max_user_res.cpus of PBSpro in torque. Thus command like "set server max_user_res.ncpus = 40" cannot work. Any solution?
