If you are using MVAPICH you'll want to replace their mpirun with
OSC's mpiexec, which is a mpirun/mpiexec replacement for MPI
implementations that do not have native TM support. This will give you
much better TORQUE integration (CPU time being reported correctly, no
zombie processes left by killed jobs, ...)
OpenMPI has TM support, so it shouldn't have this problem
