[torqueusers] Can I make one job dependent on completion of other jobs?

Is it possible to make one job dependent on the completion of one or more
other jobs?  For example, I have n computational jobs and a summary job
which collates and reduces the results of the first n jobs.  It needs to
wait until they've completed before it runs.
