[torqueusers] PBS_NODEFILE incomplete (entries for last(?) nodeonly)

  Hi ,
  you must set server as well as queue attribute.

  	 set server resources_available.nodect = (number of  nodes * cpus per node)
 	 set <queue name> resources_available.nodect = (number of  nodes * cpus per node)
