[torqueusers] Output/Error files are not being delivered.

Hello Cole,

Are you sure that /shared/home is NFS mounted properly?

Perhaps there is a hostname resolution issue. Try changing the usecp 
line to this:

$usecp *:/shared/home /shared/home

You'll need to restart pbs_mom to pickup the change.
