Hmm, well Torque certainly shouldn't crash in that case.
If that happens again then you can set the PBSDEBUG
environment variable and then run pbs_server under gdb
and (hopefully) catch a useful backtrace.
Sorry I didn't see your comment about being at SC10,
I was several hundred emails behind on this list so
just had to mark the whole lot as read. And yes,
the wifi was pretty poor there this year! :-(
