[torqueusers] Hundreds of emails for the same failure?

If a job exceeds the wallclock limit I get hundreds of emails like this:

    Subject: PBS JOB 331739.huron
    Precedence: bulk

    PBS Job Id: 331739.huron
    Job Name:   tmp74YbHM-2008-05-28.sh
    Exec host:  grace.wacker/0
    job deleted
    Job deleted at request of root at huron
    MOAB_INFO:  job exceeded wallclock limit

Each message references the same job id and job name but has a unique
Message-ID, so I assume they are all repeats fired off by Torque, not some
hiccup in our mail system.

I know we're a bit behind the times but we're running 2.4.2b1 on Solaris 10.
