[torqueusers] Not sending email: User does not want mail of this type

hello,

I use the load_balancing scheduling. and has written the ideal_load and max_load in {PBS_HOME}/mom_priv/config. And now, I use command pbsnodes, and show that node0(server) is busy and node1(computing node) is free. After submitting a job on node0, but there is not the outpufile and the errorfile, then I tracejob this job, it say:

The job run, but the result do not send to the server.
I find the outputfile and errorfile in the directory of {PBS_HOME}/mom_priv/undilivered/ on the computing node!

Why is it? Why not send the mail?

Does anyone know it? I really need help, any help will be appreciated.
