Nope, nothing at all.

These are the only mentions of cpusets in my mom_log
on the MS of a 128 core NAMD job:
03/15/2010 17:46:02;0002; pbs_mom;Svr;initialize_root_cpuset;Init
TORQUE cpuset /dev/cpuset/torque.
03/15/2010 17:46:02;0002; pbs_mom;Svr;initialize_root_cpuset;TORQUE
cpuset /dev/cpuset/torque does not exist, creating it now.
03/15/2010 17:46:02;0002; pbs_mom;Svr;initialize_root_cpuset;root
cpuset /dev/cpuset/cpus loaded with value '0-7'
03/15/2010 17:46:02;0002; pbs_mom;Svr;initialize_root_cpuset;adding
cpus 0-7 to /dev/cpuset/torque/cpus
03/15/2010 17:46:02;0002; pbs_mom;Svr;initialize_root_cpuset;adding
mems 0-1
Here are the entirety of the log messages from the jobs startup:
03/15/2010 17:55:16;0008; pbs_mom;Job;62.bruce-m;Job Modified at
request of PBS_Server at bruce-m.vlsci.unimelb.edu.au
03/15/2010 17:55:16;0001;
pbs_mom;Svr;pbs_mom;LOG_DEBUG::mom_checkpoint_job_has_checkpoint, FALSE
03/15/2010 17:55:16;0001; pbs_mom;Job;TMomFinalizeJob3;job 62.bruce-m
started, pid = 4114
There is no mention of cpusets in syslog either.
Very peculiar!
cheers,
Chris
