[torqueusers] installing torque-2.3.5 on mac snowleopard

Wrt autoreconf, I guess I should have been more explicit. 'autoreconf' is a
separate command that re-generates all of the build system files.

$ autoreconf -v -f -i
...
$ ./configure ...

Using the mac-generated configure should pick up the build target correctly.
