Hello,
I did both :
- adding
* soft memlock unlimited
* hard memlock unlimited
to /etc/security/limits.conf
- adding ulimit -l unlimited in the pbs_mom init.d file
and I have no more problems with mpi jobs.
Does it work for you ?
Regards,
