[torqueusers] Environmental variable within the qsub submission

Hello,

You also can add this line in your job file.
#PBS -V

 -V      Declares that all environment variables in the qsub command's environment are
               to be exported to the batch job.

I think the answer is in the beginning your .bashrc with comments ;-)
