[torqueusers] pbsnodes does not report nodes in the 'job-exclusive' state

If I use 'pbsnodes free' or 'pbsnodes busy' or 'pbsnodes down' I get
the correct, expected output.

e.g.
>pbsnodes -l 'free'
eu104                free

On the other hand if I use

>pbsnodes 'job-exclusive'
pbsnodes: Unknown node MSG=cannot locate specified node

Is this a bug or am I mis-interpreting the command usage?

Of course, I do have many nodes in the "job-exclusive" state:

eu001
     state = job-exclusive
     np = 8
     properties = INTEL
     ntype = cluster
     jobs = 0/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu,
1/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu, 2/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu,
3/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu,
4/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu, 5/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu,
6/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu, 7/56251.euadmin.che.wisc.edu
