[torqueusers] How can I set up job chaining using torque

i don't know how you did this with PBSPro, but but i;ve been using
-W depend=afterok:<jobid> or -W depend=afterany:<jobid> for ages
with any kind of PBS/Torque and it always worked fine for creating
job chains.
