[torqueusers] 2.5.2 snapshot

Hi all,

There is a new 2.5.2 snapshot on the website (http://www.clusterresources.com/downloads/torque/snapshots/). This has the fix that Glen checked in, as well as an update to the license so that it reflects that TORQUE isn't OpenPBS, where its maintained, etc. Note: these do not change how you can use the software.
