[torqueusers] Timestamps in account logs

I am running torque-2.3.7 on RedHat EL 4. The timestamps in the
accounting logfiles are local time (with DST corrections) but without
any indication of timezone and/or DST (daylight savings time).

Is there a way to change the logfile output to be UTC, or have it mark
timestamps with the timezone? This is going to be annoying to work
backwards to figure out if a particular timestamp occured during DST.

In all honesty, outputting timestamps in UTC in ISO-8601 format would be ideal.

Cheers,
    Dave
