[torqueusers] closing stale connection error

Hi all,

I'm finding some torque server errors in messages. Messages that say:

Jul 26 17:53:05 pbs02 PBS_Server: LOG_ERROR::wait_request, connection 10 to host 0 has timed out after 900 seconds - closing stale connection 
Jul 26 17:53:05 pbs02 PBS_Server: LOG_ERROR::wait_request, connection 45 to host 3245190927 has timed out after 900 seconds - closing stale connection 
Jul 26 17:53:22 pbs02 PBS_Server: LOG_ERROR::wait_request, connection 12 to host 3245190929 has timed out after 900 seconds - closing stale connection 
Jul 26 17:53:22 pbs02 PBS_Server: LOG_ERROR::wait_request, connection 149 to host 3245190928 has timed out after 900 seconds - closing stale connection

What's the meaning of that strange number that appears on host place?
