Request:  tm aware ssh replacement, that accept syntax identical to  
rsh/ssh.

Why:  HP-MPI uses ssh to startup jobs, we can change what command it  
calls by setting a variable, but it expects ssh/rsh syntax.  In the HP- 
MPI manual they point out with PBS pro to use pbs_tmrsh  (http://docs.hp.com/en/5991-7401/apls10.html 
)  which torque does not have.

A user did make a script to wrap around this:

but this is a hack,  and yes I know about pbsdsh, this script wraps  
around it.
