[torqueusers] location of pam module

Given the path name, I made the same assumption.  Yet, I built it on the
same node as before, which is definitely an x86_64 host and kernel.

Additionally, despite being in that path, it's definitely a 64-bit
object file:
> # file /lib/security/pam_pbssimpleauth.so
> /lib/security/pam_pbssimpleauth.so: ELF 64-bit LSB shared object, AMD
> x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), not stripped
Possibly it's something in my configure parameters?  Again, they haven't
changed, which is why I'm really confused.  But here they are:
> ./configure --enable-server --enable-mom --enable-clients
> --disable-gui --with-server-home=/usr/spool/PBS --disable-sched
> --with-maildomain=users.fsl.byu.edu --disable-rpp --with-pam
> --with-default-server=fslsched.fsl.byu.edu
