[torqueusers] pbs_server

i have a problem when i running "/opt/pbs/bin/qterm -t quick"

the result is :

Cannot connect to default server host 'pinkvy.ugm.ac.id' - check pbs_server 
daemon.
qterm: could not connect to server '' (111) Connection refused

how can i fix this problem?. .please help me. . thank you
