[torqueusers] Bad UID for job execution MSG=ruserok

Hi all,
Thanks for all your suggestions.
I restarted pbs_server and pbs_sched by hand on the server, and all
seems to be fine now. I guess the services I have for starting those
at startup are not quite synchronized properly. A very odd error to
suddenly have though!
