[torqueusers] qsub and remote queues

hi all,

submitting jobs with qsub sets the following variable:
PBS_SERVER
   the hostname of the pbs_server which qsub submits the job to.

but if i submit a job with 
qsub -q somequeue at someotherhost

PBS_SERVER is still set to the default qsub was built with (./configure
--with-default-server=somehost)

is this a feature/bug?
