[torqueusers] Problem with Queue - qsub: Error (15042) submitting job

Dear Torque-Users,

With my recent cluster installation I ran into a problem: While submitting
interactive jobs works fine, using qsub myscriptname doesn't work and gives
a failuremessage: qsub: Error (15042) submitting job. How can I debug this
problem further? Any idea is appreciated.
