[torqueusers] torque-2.4.2.tar.gz replaces torque-2.4.tar.gz

I apologize for the confusion concerning revision numbers for the TORQUE 
2.4 release. The original tarball named *torque-2.4.tar.gz *has been 
removed from the /http://www.clusterresources.com/downloads/torque// 
site and replaced with* torque-2.4.2.tar.gz*.

The 2.4.2 revision reflects the beta versions which have been released 
previous to this production release. To summarize, the initial 
production release of TORQUE 2.4 begins with revision 2.
