[torqueusers] Torque module for pdsh ?

I think the answer is no.  But I just took a quick peek at the code and it
doesn't seem like a big job.

Along with all other answers, I've always used xcat as my cluster mngt system
and it has 'psh' that does the same thing (including pbs jobids).
