[torqueusers] mpiexec jobs got stuck

It is the test script which should work similar to the actual job:

#PBS -l nodes=24
#PBS -l cput=100:00:00
cd /mnt/biotheory/mcmc
mpd &
mpiexec -n 24 mcmcRX /mnt/biotheory/mcmc/TestParams.p
