[torqueusers] My job'status always Q

Hi Francesco

Make sure the server has job scheduling enabled.

Do:

qmgr -c 'print server'

and check the output to see if if scheduling is True.

If it is not, do:

qmgr -c 'set server scheduling=True'.

You need to be root or a Torque administrator user
to do this, I guess.
