[torqueusers] Job stuck at E state forever

I'm not entirely 100% sure about this, but I think you can do a
qstat -f <job_id>
And get some pretty detailed information about the job, and possibly,
why it's stuck in E state. Not sure if that helps, just thought I would
throw that out there though.
