[torqueusers] qdel all

	I would like to add it would be nice to be able to do something like   
qdel -u <username> or something of the sort that would allow me to  
remove all the jobs for a certain user in addition to as Brock  
suggests, a way for each user to remove all of their own jobs. Thanks,
